 the Applicant submits an application on a standard form with a set of documents attached
a decision is made concerning the application, including the choice of certification scheme
the Applicant and the certification agency conclude a contract
specimens are identified, sampled and tested at Kazexpoaudit’s Test Center
production status is analyzed (assessed) and a certificate is made out; samples are taken and tested at the manufacturer’s plant (if this is specified in the certification scheme)
the results are analyzed and a decision is made to issue (refuse to issue) a Certificate of Conformity
the Certificate of Conformity is entered in the Register of the State System of Technical Regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SSTR RK)
a Certificate of Conformity is issued to the Applicant
the certified product undergoes an follow‑up inspection (if this is specified in the certification scheme), and information on the certification results is provided to the authorized agencies of the SSTR RK
